About the roleWe are seeking to fill an upcoming vacancy for the role of People Assistant. Reporting directly to the People Partner, you will undertake the support and delivery of duties within the function which contribute to the provision of an excellent service, whilst ensuring the effective use of resources. To support department managers in the delivery of exceptional services to our community and key stakeholders.

As a People Assistant you will:- Provide cover for the HR Helpdesk.
- Perform a full range of HR administrative duties.
- Deliver excellence in customer service.
- Working in an HR/Recruitment/Admin environment.
- Experience of undertaking Admin duties.
- Knowledge of relevant HR and Financial systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages.
- Excellent communication skills.
