People & Workplace Operations Lead

Influential is seeking an HR & Facilities Lead to own the day-to-day HR function and Maidstone office operations. This hands-on role covers the full employee lifecycle and facilities, reporting to the Director/ CTO. CIPD Level 3 or 5 desirable.

You will manage BambooHR, onboarding, recruitment, leavers, leave, and relations while coordinating office services, H&S and supplier contracts in a busy, professional environment.
