People & Talent Lead - HR & Recruitment Ownership

Akeso Healthsearch is seeking a seasoned People & Talent Manager to lead HR and internal recruitment as the business grows in Ireland. You will partner with senior leadership to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and performance development, while supporting HR policy development across the organisation.
