Overview

Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for an innovative OD Consultant to work within a global organisation based in the UK. You will be responsible for the delivery and implementation of several Change/Transformation programs and Organisational Development initiatives both locally and globally. The company is a large, complex matrix structured business whose personnel are predominately of high intellect.

Working closely with the HR Director as the People Growth and Organisational Development Lead your remit will include both shaping and developing strategic people solutions as well as getting hands-on to deliver impactful people strategies. This role plays a key part in enabling our client to meet short and mid-term goals by embedding global solutions, driving cultural transformation, and enhancing the employee experience across the full lifecycle.

We're looking for a talented, passionate professional who is strong at leading HR initiatives that foster a learning culture, support inclusive leadership, and deliver data-driven insights informing decision-making. With a strong OD background, you'll be adept at driving change and transformation at an organisational, functional and team level, and will work impactfully at different levels within the organisation.

Person Specification
  • Significant experience of driving forward and gaining buy in to change, transformation and restructures
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
  • A background in rolling out and gaining engagement to new growth initiatives
  • A history of leading OD, DEI & Engagement projects and improving communication with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • A powerful relationship builder
  • Articulate and credible
  • Questioning - able to identify areas for improvement
  • Credibility and pace an absolute must
  • CIPD qualified if possible - and ideally with a good degree

This is a minimum 12 month FTC, part-time (3 - 3.5 days/week), hybrid role. The successful candidate may choose to work either three full days or four shorter days per week. There is an expectation to be in the Bracknell office a minimum of 2 days per week, with flexibility required to meet business needs.
