People & Organisation Change Lead - Procurement Transformation

Carrington Blake Recruitment is seeking a senior Workstream Lead - People & Organisation to drive the people and organisational change elements of a major procurement transformation within a local authority.

You will design the target operating model, oversee workforce planning, restructures and employee engagement, and work closely with HR, programme teams, and trade unions to secure adoption of the new operating model.
