People & Operations Lead

Diesta Limited seeks a People & Operations Manager to coordinate day-to-day people, hiring and business operations as we grow. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will partner across recruitment, onboarding, employee experience and office operations to keep the business running smoothly.

This hands-on role covers candidate management, HR administration, payroll issues escalation and stakeholder communication, with a focus on efficient processes and a positive employee experience.
