People & HR Advisor: Policies, Onboarding & Support

GradBay is seeking an HR generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and lead people initiatives. You will partner with leadership to deliver people plans, guide managers on employee relations, and help ensure HR processes run smoothly across the organisation.

You will contribute to policy development, maintain accurate records, support onboarding and payroll-related activities, and help drive HR data reporting and process improvements. This is a full-time role based in London.
