People & Culture Programs Coordinator

Global is seeking a Talent Development & Culture Coordinator in London to coordinate and deliver talent development, culture, inclusion and internal comms activity. You will ensure programmes and events are well planned, inclusive and delivered from induction to development, wellbeing and recognition.

You'll work with multiple teams to provide hands-on support, manage invites, reporting, and simple content updates, while keeping communications clear and on brand.
