People & Culture Leader - Strategy, Engagement & HR

Recognise Bank is seeking a Senior People Manager to translate the People Strategy into delivery across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. You will lead the People team, own ER case management, governance, and policy development, and partner with the COO and General Counsel.
