People & Culture Lead for Care HR & Compliance

Assisted Lives is seeking an experienced Human Resource Officer to support staffing, recruitment and employment strategies, maintaining policies and working with the Director and Senior Managers to handle staff issues in compliance with employment law.

You will partner with an independent HR company, manage policies, onboarding, staff welfare, equality and diversity, and workforce development across regions, aiming to attract, retain and develop talent in the care sector.
