People & Culture HR Advisor - On-site, Mon-Fri

GXO is seeking an HR Advisor for the Primark Thrapston site in the United Kingdom. You will provide proactive, hands-on HR support to operational leaders, influencing workforce culture and engagement while handling ER matters and people plans.

The role is full-time on-site, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00, with a salary up to £35,000 and a benefits package including pension, private medical and dental insurance, and more. CIPD Level 5 is preferred, and UK employment law knowledge is essential.
