People & Culture Business Partner - Store Growth & Talent

IKEA Leeds is seeking a permanent, full-time People & Culture Business Partner to influence coworker growth, onboarding, engagement, and performance on the shop floor. The role is on-site, with 39 hours a week over 5 days in a 7-day roster, and a salary starting at £35,000 per annum.

The role requires experience in People & Culture within retail, a degree or CIPD is beneficial, and the ability to coach managers, manage performance, and lead people initiatives. Start date October 2026.
