People & Culture Advisor

Are you a pragmatic, people-focused HR professional who loves empowering others and making a real impact? We're looking for a People Advisor to join our People & Culture team.

You will play a key part in bringing that purpose to life by:

• Empowering managers to make confident, well-judged decisions
• Anticipating and responding to people challenges with insight and care
• Creating positive, consistent colleague experiences that support performance and growth
• Deliver a seamless People Operations service to colleagues

• Owning and optimising our HR systems (HRIS) and people data
• Producing insightful people metrics and dashboards (turnover, retention, absence)
• Administering employee benefits and responding to queries
• Contributing to People projects and change initiatives
• Supporting onboarding and employee exit processes
• Start from Trust: Build strong relationships with managers and colleagues, treating people as responsible adults and fostering open, honest dialogue.
• Care & Accountability: Provide supportive, clear advice while maintaining high standards and ensuring accountability for outcomes.
• Think Beyond: Go beyond process by considering risk, context, impact and outcomes, using judgement to tailor solutions to the situation.
• Speak Up Early: Encourage early conversations, raise risks proactively and support managers to address issues before they escape.
• Inclusion is Key: Promote fairness, consistency and inclusive practices in all people decisions.
• Own the Outcome: Take responsibility for seeing issues through to resolution, ensuring a joined-up and high-quality experience.
