People & Culture Advisor - HR Advisory & ER

TC Group in Fareham is recruiting a People & Culture Adviser to join our central team. You will advise managers and Partners on HR matters, support employee relations cases, and help drive practical people outcomes.

You'll handle performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance processes, DSAR compliance, and contribute to policy development and data insights. A CIPD Level 3 qualification (Level 5 study welcomed) is desirable.
