People Advisor HR Generalist for Growth (Birmingham)

Rocksteady Music School Limited in Birmingham is seeking an experienced People Advisor to join our growing People team. This hands-on role focuses on employee relations, coaching managers, policy development, and ensuring colleagues feel supported and heard.

Based at the Birmingham office with occasional travel to Liphook, Hampshire, you will work alongside the Liphook team to align practices UK-wide and act as the on the ground face of People in Birmingham.
