People Advisor: Employee Relations & HR Support

Williams Motor Group is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide practical, commercially focused HR support across multiple sites in the North West. The role involves employee relations, policy development and HR projects within a growing, people-focused business.

You'll work with the Group People Manager and site managers to support managers and employees, maintain compliance with employment law, and contribute to improving the employee experience.
