You will use several tools to support you in the role such as Company Policies, Workday and Empactis. You will be required to upskill people leaders, support and guide people leaders in all relevant processes and provide the business regular business insights, trend analysis and drive compliance to process and improvement activities.What you will be doing:Support people Leaders with Managing sickness absence, driving compliance to process and reducing absence levelsSupport people leaders in driving performance management and improving business outputSupport people leaders with conflict issues and driving a speedy resolutionTrain, support, and guide leaders in all aspects of Case ManagementProduce Trends and Analysing data for all Business area on various Employee Relation aspectsResponsible for identifying lessons learnt on all processes and identifying and implementing improvementsDriving compliance and continuous improvement in all relevant policies, procedures and practiceIdentify legal challenges and resolutionsIdentify policy and procedure changes based on legal updatesPosition qualifications:Degree qualified in a Business or HR Discipline or equivalent experienceCase Management experienceExperience in managing sickness absence, performance management, and conflict issues through the processArticulate, numerate with the ability to manipulate, and present data as requiredComfortable around key tools including Excel, PowerPoint, WordGood working knowledge of HR processes and the relevant IT systems to support those processes, Workday would be an advantageWell-developed customer and relationship management skill setAbility to influence people leaders effectively in a business environmentProblem solving approach to process improvementRegional BenefitsGenerous Annual LeaveRetirement Savings through the Rolls-Royce Retirement Savings TrustGroup Life Assurance provides for a lump sum benefit if you die whilst employed by Rolls-RoyceGroup Income Protection provides an income in the event that you are unable to work due to illness or injuryYour Shares: Matched is a simple way to own Rolls-Royce shares and invest in our future, together.
