People Advisor - HR Partner (12-Month FTC)

Hood Group is seeking an experienced People Adviser for maternity cover on a fixed-term, full-time basis, based at Southend-on-Sea. You will partner with managers and employees to provide high-quality HR support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring policies are effective and compliant.

You will manage ER casework, HR admin, payroll and onboarding processes, and contribute to HR projects while promoting a people-focused culture. CIPD qualification is preferred.
