Job Description
Rocksteady Music School is the UK's largest rock and pop school, delivering lessons in thousands of schools and expanding internationally. The People Advisor will join our Birmingham office to support managers across the employee lifecycle, handle ER matters, and help develop policies with the People Team.
You will coach managers, lead disciplinary and grievance processes, and maintain our HR systems, with occasional travel to Liphook, Hampshire. A CIPD Level 5 is desirable, Level 7 a plus.
