People Adviser - 6 Month Contract Inside IR35 - Edinburgh Hybrid

Location: Hybrid (Edinburgh-based)
Hours: 37 per week (reducing to 35 from March 2026)

We're hiring for our main public sector client! Join the People Services team as People Adviser, where you'll play a key role in delivering expert HR support.

What you'll do:

• Manage complex HR casework to resolution in line with UK employment law
• Provide autonomous, practical advice to managers and MSPs across all HR policies
• Lead inclusive recruitment campaigns, from job design to selection
• Build strong relationships and foster a collaborative, inclusive culture

What we're looking for:

• CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with solid UK employment law knowledge
• Experienced in employee relations, recruitment, and HR advisory
• Excellent communication, planning, and digital skills
