Overview

Pensions Data Services Analyst, full or part time. Join a team where data drives real impact in pensions. You can choose between working 3, 4 or a full 5 day week, with minimum two days in the office for full-time (less for part-time). This hybrid role can be based at the London or Hampshire offices.

Are you ready to work at the heart of data transformation in the pensions industry? We're looking for a motivated individual to support a range of exciting, high-impact projects that shape the future of pension scheme management. This role is hybrid and can be based at either the London or Hampshire offices with a minimum of two days in the office.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing and transforming scheme data for buy-in/buy-out transactions
  • Assisting with GMP reconciliation, rectification, and equalisation
  • Supporting data readiness for the Pensions Dashboard and other regulatory initiatives
  • Contributing to benefit audits and data cleansing projects
  • Playing a part in new business transitions and onboarding processes
  • Working closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure data is accurate, complete, and fit for purpose
Experience and Qualifications
  • A solid understanding of Defined Benefit pension schemes
  • Hands-on experience in pensions administration and data handling-or a genuine interest in learning the ropes
  • The ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines with the support of senior team members
  • An appetite to learn bulk calculation methods and data transformation techniques
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (bonus points for PowerPoint skills too)
  • A proactive, curious mindset and a drive to grow in a data-led environment
  • An understanding of working within budgets and project scopes
  • Progress towards APMI or similar qualifications is an advantage
