Pension Support Senior Associate

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Senior Associate to join the Pension Support team in the Client Services Department. In the role, the successful candidate will:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Davy's pension product offering which includes occupational pension schemes, Personal Retirement Savings Accounts (PRSAs), Approved Retirement Funds (ARFs) and Retirement Bonds;
- Co-ordination and processing of maturity benefits;
- Co-ordination and processing of transfers out, Pension Adjustment Orders and Death Benefits claims;
- Assist the Associate Director in Regulatory reporting;
- Set up new pension policies and plans, Revenue submissions, and allocation of contributions or transfers of retained benefits;
- Ensuring compliance with the relevant pensions rules and legislation governing each of the pension product offerings including IORPS II;
- Issue of Disclosure requirements to members and regulatory bodies.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects where they arise.
- Comply with the Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies and procedures associated with the role.
We are looking for somebody who has the following background and skills:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Pensions Administrator;
- QFA essential;
- Strong technical pensions knowledge and thorough understanding of statutory compliance requirements;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- High level of attention to detail;
- Ability to prioritise work effectively;
- Strong communication skills;
- Team player.
