About the Role:

We are working with a major national bank in the Netherlands, known for its commitment to digital transformation, social responsibility, and regulatory excellence. As part of their strategic cybersecurity programme, they are enhancing their security posture across all technology layers-from customer-facing platforms to internal infrastructure.

They are now seeking a Penetration Tester with 2-3 years of hands-on experience to join their dynamic security team. This is an opportunity to directly contribute to protecting millions of users and strengthening the cyber resilience of a critical financial institution.

The role offers remote work flexibility and the chance to work on challenging and meaningful security projects at the national level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform penetration tests across web applications, cloud environments, and network infrastructure
• Identify, exploit, and document vulnerabilities with a clear business impact
• Work collaboratively with Cloud, DevOps, and IT teams to advise on remediation

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in penetration testing
• Strong knowledge of web security vulnerabilities (e.g. OWASP Top 10, business logic flaws)
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, VPNs)
