PE/M&A Knowledge Manager (12-Month FTC)

EJ Legal Limited is seeking an experienced PE/M&A lawyer to join its Knowledge Management team on a 12-month FTC basis, suitable for either a current PSL or a strong fee-earner looking to transition into Knowledge Management. Responsibilities include managing PE/M&A knowhow, providing legal updates, and supporting training programmes. Candidates must have at least 5 years of PQE and a strong background in Private Equity or Private M&A. Highly competitive compensation is offered.
