- 9+ years of hands-on Pega development experience.
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
- Strong experience in:
- Pega Application Configuration
- Case Management & Workflow Design
- Defect Resolution in Existing Pega Estates
- Pega Integrations & Services Development
- Guardrail-Compliant Development
- Unit Testing & Peer Reviews
- Technical Debt Remediation
- Agile Delivery Methodologies
- Experience working across large-scale, multi-vendor delivery environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience within UK Public Sector environments is highly desirable.
