Tradewind Recruitment is working with a supportive and inclusive school in Enfield to recruit a dedicated PE Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis, starting as soon as possible.

This role is ideal for a PE specialist with experience supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH needs, who is confident teaching PE up to GCSE level within a structured and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons up to GCSE level

• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of pupils with SEND and SEMH

• Promote positive behaviour, teamwork, and wellbeing through sport

• Implement effective behaviour management strategies

• Assess, track, and report on pupil progress

• Work closely with SEN and pastoral teams to support pupil development

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Experience teaching PE to GCSE level

• Proven experience working with SEND and SEMH pupils

• Strong behaviour management and communication skills

• Available full time and able to start ASAP
