PDI Operative/Accessory Fitter

We are looking for aPDI Operative / Accessory Fitterto join our busy PDI Centre inFenton. This is a hands on role suited to someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for vehicle preparation.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying outPre-Delivery Inspections (PDI)on new vehicles to manufacturer standards.
• Fitting vehicleaccessoriessuch as tow bars, side steps, roof rails, parking sensors, dash cams, mud flaps, and trim items.
• Completing quality checks to ensure vehicles are road ready and meet customer expectations.
• Identifying and reporting any defects or issues.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Working to deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.

Ideally, we are looking for

• Previous experience in aPDI, vehicle preparation, accessory fitting, or mechanical role.
• Good mechanical awareness and practical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Minimum of a IMEI level 2 qualification.
