PCS7 Engineer - Oil & Gas - Rotterdam Region - 6/12 Months Plus Extension - FREELANCE/ZZP

Our client is searching for an engineer with hands-on experience in PCS7 to come onboard for a 6-12-month contract plus further extensions!

Requirements:

• Experience with Siemens PCS7 and related automation systems.
• Strong knowledge of control systems, PLCs, SCADA, and DCS.
• Experience in TIA Portal would be beneficial although not essential.
• Experience in either Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage or Industrial would be beneficial.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement PCS7-based automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in control systems.
• Optimize production processes and improve system efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Provide on-site support and maintain system reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices.
