Payroll Transformation Lead

McDonalds in the UK is recruiting a seasoned Payroll Lead to join our Payroll Team during the transition to Zellis ResourceLink/HCM Air. You will steer upcoming payroll projects, partner with management, and drive improvements in process and controls.

You will manage fortnightly payroll for around 18,000 crew and two monthly payrolls for salaried staff, ensuring accuracy, security and timely payments while delivering first-rate service to internal customers across the organisation.
