Payroll Training Leader: Elevate Skills & Compliance

Portfolio Credit Control in Manchester is seeking an experienced Payroll Training Manager to design, deliver and embed a comprehensive learning framework across the payroll function. You will work with leadership teams to ensure technical knowledge, legislative understanding and operational capability to deliver an exceptional payroll service.

Responsibilities include designing training pathways, developing competency frameworks and delivering training across multiple formats, including
