Job Description
Payroll Supervisor
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and company policies.
- Oversee payroll reporting and provide detailed analysis to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the accounting and finance department to reconcile payroll accounts.
- Respond to employee payroll queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain and update payroll systems to reflect organisational changes.
- Support audits by providing accurate payroll records and documentation.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Supervisor should have
- Strong expertise in payroll oversight - not only team but end to end exposure
- Proficiency in multiple payroll software as well as competent with MS Excel.
- Knowledge of current payroll legislation and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills to address payroll discrepancies efficiently.
- Happy to work within a hybrid structure (with office base in Buckinghamshire)
