The successful candidate will provide payroll project support within the implementation of a new SAP SuccessFactors payroll system. Key tasks will include UAT, parallel run support and support in training and guidance creation. To assist the Senior Practitioners and Payroll Manager in managing the payroll teams service.

Support the payroll workstream in the BMS replacement programme, implementing the SAP SuccessFactors across the HR and Payroll landscape.

Assisting the Senior Practitioners in Payroll in the supervision and effective management of Payroll services. This includes providing first line guidance and support to Payroll Assistants Level 1 and 2 along with the identification of training needs.

Assisting in the future system roll-out, including the support of change management activities.
