Payroll Operations Leader - Drive Service Excellence

MHR is seeking a Payroll Operations Leader to oversee day to day payroll delivery in a fast paced Managed Payroll environment. You'll plan workloads, manage resources, and ensure compliance with statutory and contractual obligations while coaching and developing a high performing team.

You'll lead performance reviews, support recruitment and onboarding, and champion continuous process improvement and automation initiatives across the payroll function.
