Payroll Officer

Payroll Officer - Remote or Hybrid - Oracle experience needed

We're hiring a Payroll Officer to join a values-led organisation making a national impact on children's lives on a 2-3 month temporary basis with the potential for an extension. You'll help deliver a first-class payroll service that supports front-line efforts.
The Role Includes:

Processing monthly payroll and expenses

Managing statutory and voluntary deductions

Supporting pension auto-enrolment and TUPE regulations

Handling queries with empathy and accuracy

Producing detailed reports and working with finance teams

You'll Bring:

CIPP qualification or payroll experience

Strong Excel and data handling skills

Recent Oracle experience is a necessity

An eye for detail and structured work ethic

Excellent communication, especially under pressure
