Payroll Officer - Dayforce

Responsibilities

• Managing end to end payroll processing for a large, diverse workforce
• Using Dayforce to maintain employee records, process changes, and run payroll cycles
• Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, union agreements, and company policies
• Supporting audits, reporting, and month end processes
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for payroll queries
• Collaborating with HR, Finance, and operational teams across the business

Qualifications

• Proven experience in payroll administration
• Strong working knowledge of Dayforce (essential)
• Experience within heavy industry, manufacturing, engineering, or similar environments
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a high volume setting
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
