Payroll Manager

At Auxadi, we are looking for a Payrolll Manager to join our International team iwho will be responsible of rendering services to multinational clients according to the client portfolio assigned.

Main Responsabilities:

Leading your team, you will be responsible of a portfolio of payroll multinational clients located in Spain. You will manage those projects, following Firms KPIs.

You will coordinate, among others, the following tasks of the payroll team setting up controls to ensure processes are properly executed:

Gross to net calculations

Production and delivery of payslips

Social Security contributions

Management and coordination of monthly salaries

Labour reviews (employees' registrations, deregistrations, temporary disabilities, etc)

Dismissals and redundancies

Preparation and adaptation of contracts

Benefits and other compensations

Expatriates' management

Payroll related taxes

Requisitos:

Skills:

Professional with 7+ years of experience

Bachelor in Law (Labour relations Degree)

Master degree (Payroll)

Fluent in English (C1)
