THE WORK

If you're ready to make an immediate impact and help scale a sophisticated, global payroll environment, join us and play a key role in delivering accurate, compliant, and scalable payroll operations across our European footprint and select global entities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Lead end-to-end payroll processing across multiple regions including, UK, Ireland, Switzerland, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Germany, Brazil, and Iceland
  • Handle monthly payroll cycles across all assigned entities, ensuring; Payroll processing that is detailed and delivered in a timely manner. Compliance with local statutory, tax, and labor regulations. Alignment with global payroll standards.
  • Be responsible for and process equity-related transactions, including: RSUs, stock options, and tender-related payments. Coordination with Equity, Tax, and external vendors. Validation of gross-to-net calculations and payroll reporting impacts
  • Partner closely with ADP Celergo (or equivalent global payroll providers) to: Ensure accurate data transmission and payroll execution. Troubleshoot payroll issues and handle partner concerns Support ongoing system enhancements and integrations
  • Support global mobility payroll activities, including: Cross-border tax implications. Shadow payrolls (where applicable). Coordination with tax advisors and mobility partners.
  • Manage pension, social security, and statutory remittances across all countries: Validate employer/employee contributions. Ensure timely and accurate filings and payments.
  • Own payroll bookkeeping and GL account matching processes: Prepare and review payroll journal entries. Reconcile payroll to the general ledger. Partner with Accounting and FP&A on variance analysis and reporting.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for: Internal collaborators (HR, Finance, Treasury, Equity, Tax) External vendors and payroll providers. Audit and compliance requests.
  • Support month-end and year-end close activities, including: Payroll accruals and reconciliations. Statutory filings (e.g., P60s, annual returns, etc.) Audit readiness and documentation
  • Drive process improvements and transformation initiatives, including: Payroll standardization across entities. Automation and system enhancements. Integration of newly acquired entities (M&A payroll onboarding)
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • 7+ years of global payroll experience, with strong exposure to European payroll environments
  • Confirmed experience leading multi-country payroll operations
  • Strong expertise in: Equity compensation payroll (RSUs, options, tender events)
  • Monthly payroll processing cycles
  • Pension and statutory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
  • Factors affecting payroll in the context of global relocation
  • Hands-on experience with: ADP Celergo or global payroll platforms, In-house payroll operations and models
  • Deep understanding of payroll accounting and GL reconciliation
  • Strong collaborator leadership skills and ability to operate cross-functionally
  • Experience working in fast-paced or transformation environments
