Job Title: Payroll Implementation Consultant
Location: Remote - Norway
Contract Duration: 12 Months + Extension
Languages: English (must be fluent)
Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Applicants must either reside in the country or have strong experience with Norwegian payroll.
Project Overview:
Join a dynamic payroll solutions team as a Functional Consultant, leading payroll solution implementations. You will manage the full project life cycle, liaising with clients, configuring the payroll solution, performing testing, and supporting go-live activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead functional requirements discussions with clients.
- Capture payroll configuration details and complete workbooks.
- Validate payroll solutions and perform data validations.
- Work closely with the Product team for configuration and issue resolution.
- Support UAT, parallel testing, and integration testing.
- Provide knowledge transfer to operational teams.
Must-Have Experience:
- Experience in payroll outsourcing or payroll software environments.
- Strong knowledge of country-specific payroll compliance (tax, legislation, etc.).
- Proven track record in the payroll implementation project life cycle.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to solve problems proactively and manage stakeholders effectively.
