Payroll Consultant

HRM/Payroll Consultant - Until January 2026 - Hybrid

Are you an experienced HRM/Payroll Consultant with strong AFAS knowledge? We're looking for interim support during an ongoing E-HRM implementation to ensure a smooth setup and effective knowledge transfer to the internal team.

Responsibilities:

• Chairing the Conversion workgroup and participating in the Payroll workgroup
• Assisting with and reviewing payroll configuration and data conversion
• Conducting functional tests and creating user instructions
• Transferring knowledge to the internal functional manager and payroll team

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree or higher (HBO+)
• Proven experience with AFAS HRM/Payroll configuration
• Hands-on involvement in previous AFAS implementations
• Experience in the (semi-)public sector is a plus
• Dutch & english speaking
