Payroll Administrator

Portfolio Payroll are currently partnered with a well-established firm of Chartered Accountants based in Eastbourne who are on the search for a Payroll Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
This role can be considered part-time (25 hours a week) or full time (36.25 hours a week). Part time will be working purely on the payroll, full time will be getting involved in other duties such a bookkeeping.
Responsibilities- Work alongside the Payroll Manager in processing c200 clients ranging in sizes
- Processing accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary.
- Managing any payroll changes accordingly
- Handling and assisting with any client queries
- Working alongside and communicating with other departments where required
- Assisting with bookkeeping duties
- Assisting with ad hoc duties where required
2+ years processing payroll is essential, experience processing client's payroll within a bureau or accountancy environment would be highly desirable.
