Payroll Administrator

Newcastle Upon Tyne (North Tyneside)

Monday - Friday

Temp to Perm

Up to £11ph

An exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator has arisen working with a maintenance company on a temp to perm basis.

Duties to include but not limited to:
  • Inputting timesheets
  • Tax code administration
  • Pension administration such as annual returns/reconciliations/amendments and enrolment
  • Assisting with pay/pension enquiries
  • Statutory pay/deductions
  • Ensure all processes are up to date
  • Absence administration
  • Prepare/amend/check files
Ideal candidate would have:
  • SAP knowledge
  • Microsoft Office is essential
  • Have a good working knowledge of payroll and pension processes, legislation and compliance requirements.
