Hays Non-Qualified Finance are recruiting for a Payroll Administrator on behalf of a well-established organisation in Swansea.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a values-driven organisation in a varied role supporting the delivery of accurate and timely payroll processes, ensuring compliance, and contributing to continuous improvement across the payroll function.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the end-to-end payroll cycle, maintaining accurate employee records, and providing a high level of service to colleagues across the organisation.
Key responsibilities and experience required include:
The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to handle confidential information, and excellent organisational and communication skills. Candidates should be confident using payroll systems (experience with iTrent is highly desirable) and Excel, and be able to manage competing priorities effectively.
Length of assignment: 1-3 months
Location: Office-based
Hours: Full-time
Salary: £28,236 per annum
