FMG has an exciting opportunity within our Payment Services Team for a 12-month fixed-term Payment Services Consultant. If you are looking to put your customer service skills towards a new challenge, this could be just what you are looking for!

As a Payment Services Consultant, you will contact our clients regarding their insurance premiums and work through payment solutions to ensure the best outcomes for both the client and the Mutual.

We are looking for team players who are ready to get stuck in and get the job done! You will be a strong and effective communicator, able to meet deadlines and manage your own workload with a keen attention to detail. This is a fast-paced environment with a daily workload and queue, so you will need to be a great multi-tasker.

We will provide you with on-the-job training and support to ensure your success in this role.
