Overview

Salary: Up to £50,000 basic plus excellent benefits

A luxury, beauty retailer is looking to recruit a pay and reward specialist. This retailer has been trading for a substantial number of years and are well known for their scientific approach to their fabulous products and services, whilst having skin wellness at the centre of their ethos.

The role will see you managing payroll alongside an outsourced company. With the final say on the payroll run, you will be confident that attention to details is spot on. The company have projects running to update the current rewards offering, so experience within this field is vital.

Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll alongside an outsourced provider with final sign-off on the payroll run.
  • Support projects to update the current rewards offering.
Qualifications
  • Two to three years' experience as a payroll and reward specialist.
  • Fantastic attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Generalist HR experience is ideal: experience with HRIS, HR communication and support where needed.
Location & Benefits

The role is based in central London, office-based three days a week. Holiday begins at 32 days and increases in year 2 and year 5 to 38 days; medicash and employee discount are provided.
