Job Description

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
  • Manage billing operations, including invoicing clients and reconciling accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payroll and billing discrepancies.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management review.
  • Support month-end financial processes and ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Pay and Bill Specialist should have:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in accounting and finance.
  • Proficiency in payroll and billing systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
