Job Description
Penrosehealth is seeking a Welcome Team Lead to supervise the front of house team and ensure a professional, efficient and friendly patient experience at Penrose Surgery and Penrose Maddock Way. You will coordinate rotas, support colleagues during clinics and maintain high standards in reception and patient check in.
You will lead with calm authority, developing staff, resolving issues, and upholding confidentiality.
