Patient Safety Admin & Learning Coordinator

Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust is seeking a Patient Safety Administrator on a 6-month secondment. The role focuses on keeping patient safety systems running smoothly, supporting investigations, and ensuring learning is captured across the Trust.
