Patient Health Care Navigator - Front Desk & Admin

Omneshealthcare in East Dulwich is looking for an enthusiastic Patient Health Care Navigator to join our established team. You will be based in our GP surgery and responsible for providing a high-quality and efficient administration service, with inbound and outbound patient calls.

You will be the first point of contact for all our patients, providing a friendly and supportive environment for patients and visitors at all times. This role supports NHS Primary Medical Services.
