Patient-Focused Medical Receptionist & Admin Coordinator

The Oaks Medical Centre and Blackwood Health Centre are seeking a GP Surgery Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients. You will provide a professional, courteous reception service in person and by phone while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Main duties include greeting patients, handling calls, scheduling appointments in EMIS, assisting with registrations, and supporting the practice team to ensure smooth, welcoming operations across our sites.
