We are looking for a passionate and strategic Patient Engagement Manager to lead and scale the patient engagement efforts across digital and traditional channels for a leading pharma company.
JOB SCOPE:
The Patient Engagement Manager will be responsible for executing and co develop the marketing strategies with the brand managers with focus on patient activation and engagement, ensuring patients are informed, empowered, and supported throughout their journey across different therapeutic areas.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Patient Engagement: Design and execute patient engagement programs to enhance patient experience and adherence
- Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement patient activation and engagement strategies, aligned with brand and omnichannel goals
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize engagement tactics based on data and feedback
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to integrate patient, medical and digital insights into campaign planning and execution
- Content Creation: Develop patient-centric content and materials to support patient activation initiatives
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute ,and monitor patient engagement campaigns across various channels
- Data Analysis: Analyse patient data to identify insights and opportunities for improving patient engagement
- Compliance: Ensure all patient engagement activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies
- Customer Solutions: Provide tailored messaging and support materials to meet the needs of patients and healthcare professionals.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience:
- Experience in patient engagement, digital health or health communication
- Proven experience in consumer engagement
- Digital background
- Used to work with external agencies to set up large scale campaigns (promo & dissemination)
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a big plus
Skills:
- Strong understanding of behavioral science and omnichannel marketing
- Ability to translate patient insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- You are fluent in French and English and advanced in Dutch or trilingual
- Able to work with high degree of autonomy
- Ability to analyze/evaluate data & using data points to adapt strategy/tactics
- Be able to inspire others, be energetic and passionate
- Able to think strategically and adapt to changing priorities
- Goal oriented and strive for innovative solutions, being entrepreneurial
- Strong interpersonal (team player) and analytical skills (data driven decision making)
- Ability to solve problems and manage complexity
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to lead several projects at same time (prioritization)
- Basic knowledge about channel mix options and knowing e-channel
- You live in Belgium
